What Is the Difference

I use the weave in all of my work. Here is a simple weave that resembles a hashtag or sharp musical notation. This piece was inspired by Autumn. I used a tree as the main reference point. A variety of colors make up the "trunk" while the leaves are on the tree and fallen around it. My work is built making layers of glue and water-based paint. Each work takes a month or more to complete. I build with layers so I want them to be viewed in layers. I use glitter, fluorescent paint and glow in the dark ink to enhance this idea. 12”h x 12”w x 4”d.
