Walking on the C&O canal is always a time of reflection. But, in the fall when the colors change, the sun is lower in the sky casting dramatic shadows and colors burst everywhere, it is even more contemplative. I tried to capture this beautiful and magical scene that should make us all reflect on wonder of the world around us.
