Flow

Acrylic painting on flat round canvas. This painting is inspired by a national park in Italy called Castelluccio di Norcia. The valley is full of different types of flowers such as poppies and lentils, organized into striped rows. Once a year there is a blossom that attracts thousands of tourists. As the day turned to night, I remember the stars illuminating the colors of the valley. I called this painting "Flow" because I painted the colors intuitively, like a jazz musician improvising a tune.
