Oil and cold wax on paper. The subject is an abstraction of leaves from Fall trees as seen from a hillside above. The trees are in full Fall color and line a road in Maryland. I see the leaves as dancing in the wind and wanted to recall ideas about Romani people in forests as they travelled to new places.
The work is matted and framed. The size framed is 37” x 29”
